i watched show on you tube. Why dig was taken for respectful Industry people like Farida Jalal, Anil kapoor, Adi Chopra etc. ??? It was a filthy show not at all required.
Anything goes does it?? No it doesn't...shouldn't!! Please stop this rubbish , filthy, dirty show. Do what you want at your house, use expletives, talk s*x and stuff without compunction about who is watching and listening at your house, don't come out in the open and spread this nonsense. If it is done in the US, doesn't mean that it is ok to do it here in India. And it does become any better just because there are some fashionable celebrity names attached to the it. And to do charity out of money so collected, this should be called shameless charity.
The Roast was in simple terms an irreverent dig at some folks, that too with their consent. It was not anti - national, not public, not targeted at any religious community or caste,it did not encourage anybody to do anything harmful, the attendees were there by choice. To me, this is like the Fishpond, but in colourful language. Compared to the rubbish that we see and hear in the media from the so-called guardians of morality, it is quite harmless. It is definitely not the stuff one can see with the family, because it is not meant to be so. Why can't we laugh, or is that too now a rare commodity in this time, when medieval attitudes rule the roost ?

I think aib has brought about unity between brahmins and christians. long live hindu christian unity. aib down down.
His article talks about the morality of all Indians but he himself is ashamed to put his name. What hypocrisy. The show is so vulgar that the guy ( or is it a girl ??? or may be ????) does not want to reveal his name.
Wow so much for freedom of expression, my expression is so nonsensical that I cannot claim it against my name
