author of this post has clearly stated the stand of a filmmaker vs that of a historian. excellent clarity of thoughts. i have not watched the movie yet but telling a story of an individual is a big responsibility least it may ruffle some feathers. bhansali has to be appreciated to have taken this task and do justioce to most of it.
Notwithstanding any controversies , the movie is a great one and made beautifully and the Director has to be commended for his excellent work in all spheres
