Manhattan Foundation Flood Relief Operations :

Chennai and other neighboring coastal areas in Tamil Nadu are reeling under the worst floods in a century. Presently, they are almost under water from extreme unseasonal rainfall and the whole city is flooded. This happened over the backdrop of heavy rainfall in November that crippled the state of Tamil Nadu
