Being a third person into a married couples life is by choice, so why talk about property, dignity etc now.
Any wife an husband can have issues at any point of time and may be staying separate for some time. A third person entering only causes trouble and leads to separation and breaking of the family. Here there are 2 daughters, just imagine what would have been the impact on them as kids.
I wonder why people are so mean even after earning millions when he was alive they never bothered to visit him only when he was in his last days they visited him for just the shake of property this is so disgusting. The so called superstar of boll wood should set an example by letting the property go to the right person or atleast part of it else even he will end up like Rajesh khanna by his family i.e.history might repeat again..

Dude don't be emotional towards your fav actor. What I mean was being at such a position he should have set as a role model i.e. to give part of money to the lady as she have been with Rajesh Khanna for 10yrs..
Dimple kapadia left rajesh khanna for sunny deol. She preferred to be a concubine of sunny than the wife of superstar Rajesh khanna in 1985. Anita took care of Rajesh Khanna all this while when he was severely ill. In his last days they came from nowhere to claim his bungalow. Rajesh Khanna should have left money for Anita. She should go to the courts and claim what IS RIGHTFULLY HERS.

The Indian law recognise the rights of legally wedded wife even if she was not staying with her husband. If Dimple had affairs with some actor, so did Rajesh Khanna. No one cared for Rajesh Khanna after his popularity was over. I had seen him behaving like a road side Romeo on mumbaii Bandra Band stand wher he was coming for bird watching. After Amitabh came on the scene people stopped having any interest in Rajesh Khanna and even his own industry people who were moving after him during his popularity, later totally ignored him.
She seem to publicity hungry and to come to limelight she adopt cheap gimmicks. I can understand her depression and frasturation having miserably failed in her career in film industry and no one gave her any role worth mentioning. She only got just like item song in the flop film Shalimar. Rajesh Khanna was never a person who can take marriage seriously and was having affairs with many actresses and as such Anita Advanis claim that she married Rajesh Khanna secretly is difficult to digest. As far as Akshay Khanna is concerned, he is very successful actor and good human being who can not do such things as told by Anita. Akshay is not greedy and if he want , he has got enough wealth to buy such many bungalows. Legally speaking Dimple is Rajesh Khannas legally wedded wife and her children's father is Rajesh Khanna. In comparison, Anita has a very weak case unless Rajesh Khanna wanted to transfer her property to her as per his last will registered with appropriate authorities or have signed by independent witnesses not beneficiary to his estate.
