Failed Nation

As per the subject, we are a sort of failed nation in the sense the political class of this great nation have become very selfish and mediocre personal who are the real cause of this nation for not progressing. We have some idiots who will oppose anything and everything for the heck of it and not due to the merit. There is no place for an honest and hard working person in the present times.

Require a noble politician with a mission like zeal
by H.S.K. Saheb on Apr 30, 2015 03:58 PM

India require a noble politician having secular and honest credentials with a mission like zeal to work for the people and the country.
Not a show man with hidden agenda. A conducive atmosphere has to be there so that countrymen fully participate in nation building activities irrespective of their cast creed and religious identities.

Super power Bharat
by Prakash Bedekar on Apr 30, 2015 08:18 AM

In the last 60 years or more the nation has been spoiled by professional politicians of all parties. What we need today is dedicated leaders like Veer Savarkar, JaiPrakash Narain and Subhash Chandra Bose who do not aspire to be in power by hook or croock but realy wanted to serve the motherland

Failed Nation
by Priya Prasad on Apr 30, 2015 08:00 AM

What is a Failed Nation? A Nation where people don\'t have the wherewithal to take care of the basic needs of themselves and their families, is a failed nation. What is a super-power? A country which has the wherewithal to interfere in the internal matters of another country with impunity and the country so effected does not have the wherewithal to oppose effectively and all other countries look the other way. India does not fit in any one of the above. We are neither a failed country nor a superpower. Yes! We need to improve on the parameters of providing atmosphere for enabling our people to improve their living standards. We have had just sixty eight odd years as an independent country. And by the way we are practicing democracy here administration and implementation of police has to be done by common consent and also within the grinding teeth of dissent and under the hawk eyes of criticism. We fail to perceive the blessing of all types of freedom that we have. In China a couple has to approach authorities for permission to have a second child. How degrading. I do not want to say that we must procreate with gay abandon, but to have permission? well! think. Progress is not about having more material things. It is about creating atmosphere to send a MANGAL-YAAN. It is about all round growth. Physical, mental and above all a will to stand beside someone who is in distress. Recent earth quake in Nepal is an example. Priya Prasad
