What raja sen says :
There is a story, of course, and it is naturally that of a goose-chase: for isnât all fanny-finding, any hunt for skirt, ultimately a great big shot in the dark?
What raja sen means :
The story of this film is about finding a goose (fanny) not a girl as u ppl thought which itself is a suprise ....
This crap is a Nightmare for readers lik me .. Total crap old English teacher .. Even Shakespeare might ve been too soft @ times ...

audiences have no options

He may be very good with words. But his skills at analyzing movies is pretty poor. Most of his highly rated movies flop and low rated ones shatter records. The disconnect shows. One may condescending suggest ill of average indian viewer. But, look at what is dished in the name of good cinema - slow boring movies which either have sex or violence at its core. On the contrary whenever indian cinema has produced good cinema, thirty audiences have lapped up. RDB, Lagaan, Chak de, Kahaani, munnabhai, 3 idiots. Just that new age cinema writers are bereft of ideas where as the hiranis of bollywood take ages to bring out their stuff. No wonder they are left with dabangs, dhooms.

Even the best and brightest of hollywood, infact entire world cinema spend ages, billions to make movies that are universal and not demeaning to either sex in the name of art. Pankaj Kapoor character fascination with Dimple Kapadia over stuffed booty cannot be good cinema.

Most males have a facination for over stuffed whatever you mention, showing that in a movie is art cinema. If you are looking for spider man jumps and 1 guy beating 10 guys and running around trees you have your regular day to day mindless cinema, watch that and be happy.

Ofcourse not my friend. Chak de didnt show one man beating 10 men. Nor did Munnabhai. Neither did rancho run after female booty. They were good universal movies. I am refering to those movies.unless indian filmmakers make more of such movies, India is left with either the Dabangs or the slow boring movies with some controversy or the other which critics appreciate no end.
