This is good some one is thinking on cleanliness 1. Modi and state govt need to ensure we have enough dustbins. enough people employed to cleanup when its full. 2. then start cleanup drive like this 3. each film hero need to embed cleanliness in his film charecter only. 4. updated elementary school sylabus with lessons on cleaniless, using dustbins , how to sustain cleanliness etc.
It is just undo able. We have dirt and uncleanness not because of littering only. It happens below 1) Littering 2) No rules where cows, elephant, animals roam on roads. Their stool on road 3) Trucks, lorry, cement, sand truck throwing it on road and everywhere 4) Human stool all over farm and on open 5) Bad municipalities like BMC in mumbai which do not have any idea of overflow of rain, gutter water, sewage water on roads 6) Pothole roads which causes blockages of small items 7)Poor people staying at slums, bath at roads for example in major metro cities like Mumbai and Delhi 8)For industrial waste like open leather manufacturing in place like Dharavi in Mumbai, their waste lies everywhere on roads, colonies, huts.. No drainage, no system 9) Indian festivals like Bakri Eooid Diwali, Holi,Ganesh festival.. it is a custom and culture to make all roads, dirty with crackers, holi water, colors, chemicals, flowers garland during marriage.
Trust me it is undo-able. It is just not possible with such uncivilized public. In fact it will become worse. You need Singapore type strict law that is only solution.

India has structural problems which cannot be overcome easily. So many culture, customers, different groups.. all of them have different ways to make India more dirty.

If you do not have solution then you can not be leader and will life below average. India wasted money on your education.

Modiji, Cleaning is definitely required but please enforce rule to fine Rs2000/- and cleaning with own hand , for spitting on roads,Platform, Bus stand etc. The MD chd Indians will not learn very easily.
