Rajnikanth arose out of poverty, and worked as a bus conductor,coolie and carpenter to support his family . Through self-training, he was able to master acting skills, and went on to become a highly commercially successful actor and lifted his family out of poverty . He became successful to the extent of becoming the second highest paid actor in asia after jackie chan. He is also a great philanthropist too.
If you have done well in your profession and made a honest living lifting yourself from poverty to prosperity, and have done considerable philanthropic work for the poor and needy, you are a hero in my book.

hahha Dev Anand was kind of 50% Rajni Kanth those days...thats the better way to put. Rajni Kanth is Rajni Kanth...if you think u cant stand him ...dont waste time watching ,do something useful than commenting on someone....Millions of people still want him to act and thts the reason he acts ...

Whoever performing out of Tamil Nadu is considered as Tamil, Tamilians never see the Birth but Heart of a person.
You can understand this from CM of TN like MGR, JJ who wins people heart
A good team like Rajini, KS Ravikumar, AR Rahman can perform well. Rajni has fans across continents outside our culture like Japan and AR Rahman has fans across Globe
