Amir Khan should move away from safe, soft issues and rather pick up Islamic terror and its growing menace the world over.

Pedestrian rules
by Ravinder Gupta on Oct 21, 2014 11:49 AM

Two wheel bicycle, Bicycle rickshaw, Two wheel motor vehicles and pedestrians are also to be controlled at traffic lights when they are red and right of way for pedestrians should be at top priority.
Every one should remember that they were pedestrian before they became driver of any vehicle.
These rules are strictly applicable within every country apart from India where very many people are educated.

Requesting Amir to highlight the following social problems.
1. Parents staying alone and crying in their old age when they require their kids care and support the most.
2. Teachers the most neglected and least paid professionals on whom the future of India depends.

Fully agree with you Samir, good pointing these, however, I feel the old aged parent topic was covered earlier in his first episode.

I do completely agree with this proposal. It must be taken up and appropriate solutions should be sought from the present younger generation of intellectuals as well as the ill-experienced lot put into the darkness of oblivion.

There is no fault of HC or SC in this regards, the courts are only there to in-force what is written as LAW, it is duty of courts to do so and go line by line of the IPC sections.

The issue is with ruling cabinet, it is duty of elected Member of Parliament and both the houses to amend Law in this regards and thus Court will take care to inforce those Laws.

here actually we are targeting courts instead of our elected members.

The section was declared unconstitutional by the High Court of Delhi on 2 July 2009. That judgement was overturned by the Supreme Court of India on 12 December 2013.
