Sir, these avg flats worth not less then 10~15 crores by any means.. there is no pathetic thing about it..an average person has to work for 200 years to earn that much of money..

I don't think any fool will be ready to pay 10-15 crores for a building of 30-40 yeas old.

How do you know they don't have land? Salman khan lives in a 2 bedroom apartment and I know he has got huge farm houses. Why would you change your residence, if you have built your community at that place and if that is convenient to you? Even if you buy 100s of acres of land lateron.

Where did I say about SalmanKhan? I said people who's houses r showing. How does farm house in else where will fit into my analogy? Im talking abt Mumbai. So, get my point correctly.
and, I still dont know what was my ignorance. Telling truth always hurts. Look at these flats, do not look an avg? If someone is staying in that place, means he does not ve better house in that city. Its very simple, unless you bought a pent house or landed property but rented out to someone then living in these avg looking flats, this could be possible.

Remember this that they would have bought it long back. They are old people now. And I don't think once people start living in a place and start calling it a home, they move out because the exterior paint of that house has gone bad. These houses would be in super posh area and I am pretty sure would be very good to live. Ofcourse newer apartments would be better looking. But home is not a piece of clothing which you keep on changing once it starts looking little old.
Reen Roy is superb actor.Her look,feature,figure,acting and performance is unforgettable.I wish she could continue her role for a longer period.We are missing her on the bollywood films.
