Strangely I found the movie better than many others from the Dharma Productions, where two super-uber leads live a life in LA/ NYC. I think Ungli is good for one watch at least, some others like Bang Bang etc were so boring.

Totally agree.. media votes superstars not stories. I have seen that movie and believe me people its worth watching. Please try its much more better than some 100 cr floopy love story.

The plot seems to be strikingly similar to the 2004 hit Malayalam movie, "4 The People", where a gang of 4 students form a clique to take on corrupt people, with a police officer in hot pursuit. The masked vigilante concept was probably lifted from a Hollywood vendetta film. Wow!
