A tricolored cloth is just a piece of cloth. It becomes our national flag only if the specified dimensions are maintained, and the chakra is embedded on it. The three colors can be seen used in so many places which we don't notice. We notice it only when a female is there around its vicinity.
If someone has used the colors for any purpose, I don't think it is an offence, but if someone has misused our "NATIONAL FLAG", then it is a serious offence.
For example, the congress party also uses the tricolor on its flag, and uses it in nook and corner across India. There are bed-sheets, floor mats and public toilets colored with tri-color. Persons can make objection to that also.

You are right my dear in your comment. Our great film land will make BIG BIG money from such shots and they will not forget to add some song which which will carry some patriotic word. It will be glorified by our media. Look what happened when Sania Mieja walked over tricolur flag during onr of falicitations. Sanjay baba is our national hero though a played anti national roles in public life. But his acting in Mission Kashmir showered money and support, all his anti national acts were pardoned. This is because we are craze of celebrities. Rediff will not display my comment as it may not suit to it's taste. moderator will hold it.
