Why do the gullible readers of rediff have to read a film review written by a friend of the Director? Are we expecting too much for Rediff to be fair? I guess you should also have Raja or Sukanya to review this terrible fim for every reader to get a balanced perspective...

So why don't you try to work towards ushering in 'Swaraj' - by bringing in AAP's honest candidates, pressing the 'Broom'Voting button; and supporting it whole-heartedly.
"City Lights is an official adaptation of British film Metro Manila -- a fact reiterated six times during the opening credits" - at last there is some honesty from the Bollywood. They shd do the same with music. Will they?
