The movie actually hit me like a ton of bricks, the impact was numbing. Simply unforgettable performance by Anupam Kher & Rohini Hattangadi. My salute to Mahesh Bhatt.
Very long time back, like many i watched movie on TV, but this movie got some mesmerising power which again (after reading this title) i clicked and writing this. I felt it was an incident happened with my friend, that was the impact of the movie. But today, unfortunately many of the politicians especially arvind kejrewal, is acting much better than anupam kher. Beware actors, you try to live in a movie, whereas these politicians ruine your life.
I remember I was in 10th, It saw it on durdarshan and for a week I was in depression. The song geherai.... and off course Suhas Bhalekar who speaks no word in movie... It made me very very sad that time... :( :( Hats off to Bhatt, Anupam, Rohini, Suhas
yesterady we were discussing this picture, the plight of poor father besides office office serial. Awesome acting by Anupam Kher.... great actor. wish him gud luck!
For me it was not one of the best but THE BEST of 80s. Anupam and Rohini were fabulous.Even today tears well when I think of Kher's enactment of a sorrowing father!
This man has aged not even a bit. Looks like he dropped out of his mom's womb as a 60 year old man and ever since he has remained the same. Its amazing that he looks the same as he looked nearly 30 years ago !
