Nice to know so many unknown facts about great and inimitable Rajnikanth. But the meaning ascribed to the name is not exactly abt the colour of the skin but Rajni means night no doubt but kanth(beauty)means he is king of the night.

Rajani means Night and Kant means beloved. Actually it is used for Moon.
