Company crook

This guy is nothing but a company crook who runs non cut lets out of the industry the moment he perceives a threat. Where was his human side when he ran over poor people and then threatened witnesses to turn hostile, not the mention the black buck episode.

The law shouldn't work like this......

....and his lawyer/s should know this.

He was involved in a hit and run while drunk and did not stop to show his 'Being Human' side. He ran away to save his skin.

He should be jailed, and then show his 'Being Human' side inside the jail while serving his 10-15 years' sentence. All his humanitarian efforts, after the fact, should have no bearing on the case.

He must face the FULL WRATH of the law. His celebrity status should have no effect on the case. He should be treated the same way I would be treated if accused of a similar crime.

No body is above law and SK must be treated as per law of land and whether he is bad or good should not come in the course of law. At the same time he is entitled to defense his case in accordance with law. There are some relevant question related with this case. 1 In last 10 years or so in how many cases of accidental death , the accused is charged of culpable homicide and of not of accidental death. 2 In how many case of accidental death. punishment is pronounced and accused is punished. If there is undue delay in SK against average punishment rate , then this is a grave crime and our judiciary is party to it. We should either punish him or leave hi. 3 In how many case of accidental death, the so called NGO and social activist are taking interest to punish the culprit. In this case what is the best way to compensate the victims of the affected people. If people die in train accident or other such incident generally people are granted by the Govt. a payment of INR 2 to INR 5 lacs. In this case whether court may allow the victim to mutually settle the case between victims and SK so that victims / dependent of the victims are compensated adequately to live a respectful life without waiting for another 5 years to settle the matter. It is pity that no body even our courts and so called NGO and social activist has miserably failed to help the victims on immediate basis and simply using the victims for their own purpose and agenda
