'Thalapathi is the movie that brought out the action hero as well as the actor in Rajnikanth. The way surya(Caharecter done by Rajni) tells his story to the child was really was enough to make our eye wet. Also I rememember his performance while telling Bhanupriya about the murder of her husband. The actions and acting of Rajni in this movie was just Amazing ! Thanks to Maniratinam who signed Rajni for the role
