in hindi horror movie industry. In today, how it looks funny but those days were big hits and people love to watch Ramsay movies.
I was just 5yrs old when Purana Mandir released, but remember when it was played in VCD cassette in an open space near our colony, people came from far to watch movies. Then, who will forget smash hit song, woh_beete_din_yaad_hai...Good luck Ramsay brothers.. Great to know that they r planning extend their venture.
There are only two film factories in Bollywood film Industry.One is Ramgopal Film Factory ( named by himself to his production company ) and the other one is RAMSAY HORROR FILM FACTORY which has been given by fans of his films over a long back,time immomorial!

you r still a kid.. those days Ramsay movies were runway hits..whatever you call but that people watch in VCD cassettes and I was 5yrs child during Purana Mandir released, and I do remember how people watch passionately and that time people scared too.
Now, you live with real zombies, true evils_in soceity, killing_raping borad day light, so people wont scare those movies any more, but in 80s situation was different and we had very less evils in our socitey..

Very True.Mr.Ramsay,You are wrong when you say that technically you were unsound, I think -mentally!!
No matter what the critique say but Ramsay family have done great for the Indian Horror Cinema and thank you sir for keeping it alive, good luck for your future releases.
And Yes, People still watch Veerana and kids still get scared of it.
Minorities in Gujrat get scared with the name of Modi. All helpless, poor, women and children get panic attacks when they see the photos of Modi and when they remember how he along with the help of local police became the biggest monster in Indian History
