It is forbidden to visit graves. Hindus cremate their dead, instead of bury, because the soul is liberated from the body only by cremating. All problems in this world started after people started burying the dead instead of cremating.

Vidya is playing a Muslim character in the movie hence has gone to market it at a dargah. Its the same as going to some TV programs. Movie promotion. Religious places should not allow stars to so brazenly get away and prevent their entry at such times.
