Dont try to change your name, it is a laborious process. And all old documents issued by the govt have to be changed or explained. You may not be permitted into the airport, or allowed in trains, etc.A lot of running around has to be done...ofcourse, for actors they have a few orderlies to do the leg work.
In India, we have a quite a few documents but none is universally accepted. There are aberrations between doc and clerks in Govt offices have a field day in refusing your papers.
No need to change name. And one doc must be universally acceptable...all over India. I cannot even take a SIM card in bangalore, even if I have an AAdhar card in Mumbai. One travels and the address is only to locate someone... who said it has to be in the same city and why???
Can this comparision be right? Where on earth are Beggars offered more money, big bungalows to stay, have fleet of variety of cars, etc? Is it so "ALL ACTORS ARE BEGGARS BUT ALL BEGGARS ARE NOT ACTORS"?

I am Rani's toilet attendant. She pays me to wash her dirty bottom every morning in the toilet.
