Sorry to say people are writing without going in details.
It is typical Parsi Home & location is one of the best in Mumbai.Today it will cost not less then 10 Crores.I think you can buy 25 home in Dombivali. Understand how parsi are arrived.
They are rally in minority but never ask for the same.

I am Gujarati & I know Parsees community. They speak sweet & lovely Gujarati & how I forget Dhanshak. I miss Adi Marzaban Radio Gujarati drama & stage. Forgive those who do not know.

The tiles are the best part. They are awesome. You need taste. These flats are art deco. All with high ceiling.
