Raja Sen you are a personal Favourite, but this was your shot at redemption with batman begins. It was sheer genius in terms of interpretation and making a superhero film relatable. Disappointed that you did not undo your sins here!

I remember this moron getting brickbats from everyone for his racism and sarcasm while reviewing Rajni's Sivaji in 2007.

Raja is the best

Raja Sen is the best thing to happen to Indian cinema in the last 10 years. Raja is one of those rare artists who is not appreciated during the prime of his creative velocity but will be lauded as a legend after he is no more of sound mental faculty. His reviews will be taught in Balbharti textbooks so that every Indian child has to memorize answers like - what star rating did Raja give 3 Idiots and why? Here's to another decade of Raja Sen's reviews. Jab tak Koffee with Karan rahega, tab tak Review with Raja lekhega

Sen comes across quite pretentious at times. The best reviewer I have ever come across is Baradwaj Rangan, who even won a National award for being the best movie critic, writes regularly in The Hindu. But then, he doesnt write for Rediff!

What Fun!

Very cheeky, Raja Sen. When people hate you, give them something more to hate about. You obviously enjoy this attention don't you, becoming the 'star' of so many adoring 'fans' on rediff? And going by how people are lining up to give you more gaalis, you do have some fan following. Possibly no other Indian writer on the web can create such mass hysteria. This is going to be such fun! Bring it on, I say!
Keep going, 'bad' man, keep going. I am one of the apparently very few who will not complain.

seriously?
by Satya Alapati on Jun 02, 2014 08:09 PM

how can we take anybody seriously if he gives 5 starts to slumdog millionaire and 2 for 3 idiots? Sarkar and nishabd are bakwaas movies. You watch 15 mins of the original Godfather and you will not feel like giving half a star to sarkar (of course you can give 1 star if you didn't make any reference to the original epic).
