when this movie is remade in hindi, the same reviewer will say that it is among the best he has ever seen. such is the bias against regional cinema.

The reviewer says, Vegam lacks heart. Prehaps true to an extent. But the Rediff review also lacks heart. They have attached a still of some Tamil or Telugu film, showing complete lack of interest in doing what they are supposed to do !
