Most white people hate india and find it dirty filthy and full of "stoneage savages". But they are scared of telling it in public. They come to India, eat from the filthiest of places which Indians do not eat in and then they fall sick and complain.

Well, I live in India and I find it dirty, filthy and full of savages. Imagine how it must feel for them. Let's face it. India is one of the most backward, poor countries in the world. You can't hold it against anyone who feels likewise because its reality.

I agree. Mumbai was very clean and neat from 1947 to 1980. It started becoming dirtier thereafter. Now it is filthy,dirty. By building Multistory strucutres, it is not going to become New York. Since sqatters on foot path, everywhere dirt is littered on footpaths and roads. Lousy stench is emanating. Excepting some areas in Nariman Point and Marine lines. All areas are dirty, roads are duged.BMC is unable to manage. Majority of Ministers are from Maharshtra, They do not care about Mumbai. So let us not brag about Mumbai as world class city.
