There are other memorable movies which you have missed like Missamma,Arthangi,Bharya Bhartalu, and of course Premnagarbesides many more.He lives in the character in whatever part is given to him.Even at this age he never looked like 89 or 90 years.Maynhis sole rest in peace.
His life shows how to lead. He has followed Bhagavatam principles being a nastik. He don't believe in going temples and doing pujas but followed Bhagavadgita which reap the fruits. He showed praying and chanting of slokas will not help but following them will help.

yes, he lived live like a poor chap searching for another wife through films. He is more of a manly girl in personality than a hero.

if bharat ratna can be given to a cricket player, why not to great actors like ANR/NTR

these actors are good for nothing. They used to beg for hero roles against various heroines, who are much younger than his children.

these morons all failed in school ... no wonder Rediff has lapped them up. Just write nonsense against Modiji and you get ahead in today's India.
ANR also known as Ever Green Hero was a man who studied his own life and shared its lessons to the benefits of masses. Very few people knew that He was a Kalidas Samman awardee ( presented by MP Govt) . During his visit to Ujjain we at Indore honored him on behalf of Telugu Community. May His Soul Rest in Peace.
Truly a legend, noone else can have that many kinds of roles played by ANR. In particular many of his films from 1950 to 1975 were of family story type and were gems.
