It is very unfortunate that none of the big people in Bollywood bothered to attend Sen's funeral, even though she had acted in many Hindi movies. We now know the priorities of the bollywood top people. Request to Rediff, kindly do not make news of Salman/SRK hugging, there are lot of other important news

Rightly said.. state honor for an actress in presence of CM. No deny a legend but state honor. Well this is expected as Bengali always boast of their culture and heritage which has gone southward. CARRY ON ... bongs... ;-)
I am reminded of seeing old Devdas where this legendry actress portrayed the character of Paro. Bimal Roy was very successful in getting the real Paro from Suchitra Sen. What a magnificent look she had. The film fraternity would always dmiss This great actress i.e. Suchitra Sen. Dhiru Mistry
