If the Anti-Smoking film was appalling, the effects of smoking are even worse - sadly not just for the smoker but for a lot of people around. If the Film Industry was any much concerned about this menace, it would ensure that smoking scenes would not be allowed in films. There cannot be a regular film story where smoking is an essential part of the story or its presentation. They could also have in the story itself scenes where the hero refuses to smoke. Film world cannot do much against social evils, but atleast they can give positive messages against these.
