"Mauz-masti" can never bring "SAMAZWAD" but an understanding of people`s need and pain and solution to it can bring "SAMAZWAD".For past some years Uttar Pradesh has become a center of "GUNDAWAD".Alas this money of mauz-masti could have been spent on some development like electricity generation,rods development etc.so that industries and business could progress in the state which could have saved the state turning in to "NARAK PRADESH"
