I like the fact that this writer chose actresses who supposedly do "supporting roles" like Tabu or Seema, but actually form a more integral part to the film, than the actual love-interest heroine. Not just single out the Deepikas and Priyankas alone.
I havenot seen the other movies. In the list, I only watched Haider and I can say that Tabu along with Shahid gave one of the best performances ever in the history of Hindi cinema brilliantly supported by Irrfan Khan and KK Menon.
