Can the khans make a film out and out taking on the muslims and their beliefs. Do they have the guts to do that? They think hindu's are easy to pick at.

Absolutely correct Mr. Neo. I wanted to write the same. If he has guts, let him produce a film & show the same for Muslims or even christians & then let him see.

sir, belief is mental and actions are sentimental and tolarance is expected from every people means every religion. the same advise was needed much earlier when rushdie, tasleema etc were banned. Freedom of expresion is the backbone of every civilised society. Descrimanation is hipocracy

Shahabuddin Nadeem

by Shahabuddin Nadeem on Dec 31, 2014 05:30 AM  | Hide replies

Maulana Khalid Rashid Farangi Mahali, a well known Muslim cleric while commenting on the movie “PK” has purportedly claimed that; “If a movie had material that hurt religious sentiments, especially when it is acted by a Muslim (Aamir Khan) who plays a Hindu character, it could be taken otherwise,” is factually Incorrect - Aamir khan in the movie "PK" plays the part of an ALIEN who is STRANDED on Earth in India AND not a HINDU CHARACTER!

AND, the big hue and cry being made along with the Blatant Misinformation that has been unleashed by fundamentalists of all HUES against this Excellent Movie is totally uncalled for because it is not against any ONE PARTICULAR RELIGION but only tries, very humorously and also very cogently to put across a SOLID CASE against having “BLIND FAITH” in any and every kind of superstition AND it in fact totally succeeds in advising one and all to INCULCATE a SCIENTIFIC TEMPER and bent of mind! As such, I for one feel that this movie really DESERVES a NATIONAL AWARD instead of BRICK BATS that are being thrown at it and that it should be SHOWN to EVERY CHILD in the country!

If that is the case Indian govt should immediately stop Haj subsidies to Muslims of India. Why should Amir Khan and his coreligionists be given Haj subsidies to go to Mecca and indulge in blind faith. What benefit does it provide the common India if a few of their fellow muslim Indians go to Mecca and stone the Devil?

Mr Nadeem would you have the guts to say the same thing if any film depicts the loudspeakers early in the morning blurring to get people up from their sleep for Namaj in a humourous way

Apply your mind if you have some and show some creativity in the films. Do not target any religion.
