Why hit and run case involving Salman Khan has not started when such similar cases involving Alistair Pereira, US national Noorie Havewala, pune St bus driver which happened much later but decided by the fast track courts and the convicts are undergoing imprisonments for their offence. The same thing is happens with the case in Jodhpurs against Salman for his alleged killing of black deers. Generally in hit and run cases, the driving licence of the accused are cancelled by RTO but here Salman is still driving vehicles without any restrictions.
It's high time that Home ministry portfolio of Maharashtra govt to be given to full time person who can really ensure effective functioning of dept and ensure law & order in the state. I still don't understand why Fadnavis is holding Home portfolio even after 2 months of govt formation...he should hand over this importaant portfolio to strong person independently for getting out of state from such sorry state of affairs including repeated furloughs to Sanjay Dutt! There are so many challenges/threats to state including security of Mumbai, daily increasing crimes & investigation of sensitive crimes... Still killers of Mr Dabholkar are still at large even after 1.5 yrs of his murder.... Let's hope Maharashtra gets full time independent Home Minister...
