FANTASTIC! After Gangs of Wasseypur, I remember thinking that Anurag Kashyap had reached his peak, that he could not possibly do better than that. I'm not embarassed to report that I was wrong. UGLY is many steps ahead of GoW. I have not watched such a gripping film in a long, LONG time. Cannot play spoiler here, so I'll just say that the ending scene punched me in the gut so hard, I was unable to breathe freely for the rest of the day.
The best way to read raja sen's review .. Go directly to the end of the review and see how many stars he has given for the movie If its less than 3 stars then the Movie is really good. You can watch it If its 4 & 5 stars then they r the worst movies.. Its waste of time reading those review ..

no buddy, I have watched both movies. Both are completely different. Both are masterpieces in their own ways. Don't give your opinion before confirming whether it is correct or not.
