Sanjay Dutta is great actor. He is not anti nationalist. It was just a mistake. I would like to see more work in film from him. I think if his name were like some Azahar Dutta had not been punishing so long time.
cannot able to understand the kind of rules in india, politicians looting india are enjoying criminals are getting bails so easily only there is a language of money which talks and plays the main roles and purchases bails and freedom. there is no strict decisions and punishments.
Unable to understand why he is in jail, one can find thousands of illegal arms in UP and Bihar with people. Is his crime is so big, that he is jailed for such a long time. It is insolvency of our judicial system, otherwise in each court one can find Reader and Peshkar taking bribe under the nose of sitting judge, what a great system.

Forgot 93 blast? so many innocent people died.. SD is lucky he is escaping with this punishment. There are transcripts of his telecon with D gang and owner and this man knew everything about the blasts that were to occur. Further he help the D gang by hiding those arms in his house.

He is let off very lightly unlike other convicts due to influence, popularity, and as a son of member of parliament. He was alleged to be in touch with under world and kept truck load of arms at his residence overnight and also tried to destroy evidence against him.

Just compare the treatment given to other convicts involved in Mumbai blast case and one will immediately know that he gets extra ordinary favours and treatments from jail authorities which is not available to other unfortunates and poor convicts due to no influence and have right connection with powerful people.
