For India, PK is good film, as it can be understood well in India. But, abroad who do not have idea of Indian culture, Bhojpuri may not be well understood. Better translation be improved to attract audiences !

The movie is done for entertainment and purely commercial intended one - it's not a biopic or a life story to donate or to expect state awards
