How can Amar Prem be left out? It is the best film I have ever seen. Sharmila was very good in it and it was Rajesh Khanna's best of the performances, highly sensitive, matured and complete performance of Khanna. I wonder how Beimman won awards when Amar Prem was there in that year.
This list has to be modified. Aradhana, Nayak and Aranyer Dinratri have to be replaced by Amar Prem (1972), Chhaya Surya (1963) and Nirjan Saikate (1963).
Tagore was quite efficient in "Daag",Producd and directed by yash chopra . Though audience sympathy and taalis went to Rakhee ,,Sharmila was no less than her.
