Indians have harbored these anti nationals for alms in PAST.
Face is the index of the man which proved true for sanjay dutt who is a rogue and rowdy type both in his cinemas as well as in the outside world. iT IS PITY that this fellow's genes did not match to his GREAT PATRIOTIC FATHER. SUNIL DUTT was like DEVTA and this SANJAY DUTT is comparable to RAAKSHAS. In India the so called intellectuals like Judges, Police fall prey to the will of politicians, to the whims of rich and glamorous people. One rightly said above in India, the heroism of POLICE is shown on hapless pickpocketers, small time offenders etc., by torturing them, causing their deaths while in custody, third degree methods etc, for which of atrocities, they think they are paid for while enjoying the money and favours of the rich offenders, murderers, traitors, some rogue type politicians or being afraid of their lives in the hands of mafia ., that is why the most judgements (except by some bold and clean Judges)to the rich or influential offenders and ferocious mafiamen like leaving them on the pretext lack of evidences, or benefit of doubt or with a little punishment not to anger the media and the watching Public and other intelligentia. Judges come and go, but our legal system if full of bias, fear and favouritism depending upon the psyche and strength of the Judges in chairs. That is why when some Judges of great integrity punish the guilty with hard terms, people get happy and appreciative

Pada he did it for his family who were being attacked during the riots.. any sin would have done it? Why will you not do it if your family is attacked. Its instinct and he was a young boy at that time and hence has to face the music. Even animal instinct is the same? He was the only son of his father and it does happen. This is life.
Now tell any story regarding bomb blast or about sanjay datt or abusalem or Ibrhaim kaskar we simply say may be,without caring the matter,Pakistan carried out second attack killed in hundreds.India did nothing to procure criminals.The master mind is free!!
During this time, prisoners with good track record and behavior get amnesty or prison sentence is reduced, he is eagerly waiting for that day..and that is his only chance to get out of jail!!!which will eventually happen!
Makes for really good and interesting reading...However, it should make every true Indian really angry about how the Congress Government in the name of vote bank politics was always ready to bend over in front of these underworld anti-national dons and appease them in every single way. If these 'Bhais' would have tried things like this in a country like Israel or US, special forces would have taken them and their empires down in no time. Not to say that US did not have its own set of gangsters and strong-men. But those guys always played the system for financial game. They never operated as anti-nationals and harmed the nation. But thanks to Congress and its pet puppies, it is perfectly fine for such guys to be high on power and carry out anti-national activities against India and then yet again enjoy Government hospitality. Sanjay Dutt's prosecution was an emotional upheaval for large number of people of this country who respected his father Sunil Dutt and were Sanjay Dutt's fans. Other side of story is triumph of judiciary and justice in this high profile matter where best legal brains were defending Sanjay Dutt. Sadly Salman Khan case seems to follow a different route because Salman is cosying up with highest powers of office, hope judicicary exhibits same strength and power in salman khan's case also.
