Dear Paloma, While I understand your review and position on the movie, I believe you have hit a new low by calling it propaganda. You have brought in a lot of your personal biases into the equation as well, judging by the tone of the article, which is an absolute no-no for a reviewer of any merit. I understand that this may not be a cinematic treat and has received mixed reviews internationally as well, but you would find no seasoned reviewer would get into writing especially about the nailing on the cross in such a casual and immature manner. You may be well within your rights to express your opinions in a column here, but remember to also be mindful of your standing as a serious reviewer in the bargain.

These days, every lune, who can scribble a few words, becomes a movie reviewer. Just because she is not expecting any retribution, Paloma Sharma has the guts to write so non-sensically about this movie. I dare you, Paloma Sharma, to critically review any of the devotional films that we produce in India. I am sure you would not, because forget losing your job... you would lose your life! Common-sense would limit you to either refrain from reviewing a movie about a religious figure or at least keep it sane. This review proves that you lack basic common-sense. Your lack-lustre review is dripping with caustic comments.

Really ? Hindu gods have been most ridiculed and abused in Indian films. Devotional films have been panned and as such they hardly make any these days.

Really? Tell that to your missionaries who talk and convert Hindus. You survive in India only because of Hindus large heartedness.

Who is this Tiwari? A blind fanatic, who does not want all Indians to unite.Do not talk of being largehearted when you have a small tiny non-functioning brain!

That's not the point. The film was badly made - it did not do justice to Jesus. That is what the author is trying to state.
