Yeah. This movie failed to live up to the hype created surrounding it. The pure tamil dialogue also was making it bit unentertaining for the younger onee, who were expecting some slapstick comedy. Tenali was known for his intelligence. So the screen play could have made use of more of Tenali's tales than just banking on few. Despite hard work, Vadivelu couldn't create the usual magic due to poor screen play. Meenakshi Dixit is very pretty and possibly we will see more of her in South movies atleast for her looks.

Or Loose Maada aka Yogesh of Kannada or Nawazuddin Siddiqui of Bollywood - any of the 3 ugly ones would have sufficed for the role !
