As such crime is in rise & we need a society free from anti social elements.Democracy permits people to give their views & there is no need to arrest any one for such nonsense.Punishment has to be deterrent so as to reign the rule of law.Safety,dignity & respect for women reflects the level of civilisation of a country or society.

He should be barred to contest election, only one point he has spoken well, that correction is needed for framing the youths. Today girls have full liberties, in case of disagreement, they can frame their boy friend. What is remedy for that.
