online voting is not limited and confined to constituency of Rakhi Sawant rather it is open to all across Indiaa and world who happen to know Rakhi.... so no legal or constitutional bar...

Definition of obscenity differs across different class of society...obsecenity for middle class is fashion for high class...and censor board members are often members of High Class which you may like to note... that is wwhy you see so much of bold scene on screen because it iss normal for them
