If you are Honest movie lover tell me..For the past 2 years, most of the movies has same characters, picturization, same comedy, same friends, same locations...same plots...You can just swap movie titles and most of the movies are same(including Santhanam)...I hope even the reviewer agrees here...and now a new trend...Part 2..part 3...Yes..there are very few flims that are different...But even those movies are very rare...Realism is ok..Adhukaga..Almost in all movies almost all the main characters drink...Even onnaiyum aatukuityum was ok movie only excluding the first 1 hour...Just a pulambal of a tamil movie lover..Sorry friends..
This is a much super hyped movie.. with fancy stills, tv promo and full of business tactics. Story wise, nothing new.. everything was predictable..same old age climax. Atlee..think more about something new rather than giving old stories in a fashionable way. This movie is an example of how more talented people can group together and give a mess.
it is remake of Puneeth's 'Milana' in kannada. at least they should have shown the courtesy to accept it is remake and given the credit to to the original movie.

Bullshit!!. its nowhere to the storyline of Raja rani. If this a remake of kannada movie, then that movie is remade of similar storylines of Tamil like Mouna ragam & azhagiya theeyae. Watch the movie and talk, just because 2 ppl marry each other against their wills and then start loving, it doesnt mean a remak.
Raja rani...inspired (or copied?) by Kannada movie "milana"...but no credit given to original..When tamil director's copy then it is not copy & they are not copycats...instead it is inspiration..But other industry always copy Tamil movies!!!!
