handling fame is different
by dinesh hassija on Mar 09, 2015 02:54 AM

Handling/maintaining fame is more difficult. Having anything beyond normal is always at some cost which might be heavy as a whole. Emotional with good companions is unavoidable.

Really she is a legend in her own field and very beautiful. She was very natural in her action and mastered and lived in the roles she played. It is very sad that we lost her at an early age. Indian Cinema is a loser for ever. Her personal life should not be assailed now. She came into the field as an artist and we should see her as an artist only. We don't have a right to talk about her personal life and mistakes. It is sad to note that she ended her promising life and career with drinking oblivious to cover her sorrows. There is no equal to her in the present day actresses except Rekhaji. Meena Kumari is a great Hindustani classical dancer and none of today's actresses cannot play even a single role. The movements in her dance especially in 'Phakeezha', Sahab Biwi Aur Ghulam are so natural that one has to remember them with nostalgia. I feel lucky to have seen her films. I wish she should be reborn. My heartfelt respects to her and her great works.
MAY HER SOUL REST IN ETERNAL PEACE.

Mahjabeen (her real name) died at an eary age. She was not only a great actor but a great shayar (She wrote many ghazals). Late Kamal Amrohi was also no less a person who wrote dialougs of 'Moghle Azam' and made 'Pakeeza'. It was sad that their marraige did not work out.Soory that we missed her at 41 only.

Mehjabeen died at an early age.To marry a person who is already married having children is rather a blunder. But anything happens any time. These are all accidents of life. Late Kamal Amrohi was also a great director who wrote dialougs of 'Moghle Aazam' and directed 'Pakeeza'. Its very sad that such a great artist died at the age of 41 only.

repenting
by malik mukund on Sep 24, 2013 01:25 PM

Kamal Amrohi must have repented when got his feet back on earth realizing glamour is a just a profession to get your bread and practical life is far away from glamour and glamour does not work in real life, it looks good on screen only, and must have come to known about funda of trapping men for conversion and when procedure complete set trap for another men for conversion. Must have repented if would have married some pro from kamatapura understanding both are doing for their siblings and family, atleast would have not to convert.
