If only the 1ady had known what her childhood sweetheart would grow into? On the flip side, the guy might have been complacent right from childhood, assuming that she is solely his property, typical politician mindset :-)

Or he might have some disease which caused him to bloat. There are plenty of diseases which can cause a person to gain weight like crazy. thyroid malfunction for example.
