Not many people realize this, but the most corrupted unit of India is CBFC - 'Central Board of Film Certification'. You need to bribe them a lot to get your films certified as U or UA. And if your enimies in the film industry bribe them bigger to get them certified as A, you will lose the battle or bribe even more.
