Mohanlal, Mammootty and Kamal Haasan have won the national award thrice each I think. The way they mentioned only Dhanush for his one award was wrong.
Hey Rediff, Let's have an article on How these North Indian heroines fared in southwood. Given the disgusting fetish south indians have for white/fair skin, you can have to lengthy slideshow with lots of clicks per page for your ad revenue.

No South Indian "hero" has ever been successful in Bollywood!
In a recent interview, S R K claimed that his mother was a native of South India.
He did this to avert any controversy with his latest Tragicomedy 'Chennai Express' which could have been perceived as an insult to South Indians if South Indians were a little more smarter in understanding when they are being insulted!
By this argument, only a half a South Indian "hero" has been successful in Bollywood!

Agreed. Bollywood is known to stereotype south India caricatures for a cheap laugh. Evem TV programs have jumped on the bandwagon of late. South Indians are too dumb to realize this. What about the scores of south indian technicians working in bollywood who turn a blind on such issues.

Northies are also insulted in south Indian movies.Especially In Malayalam Moveis.Since Northies can never understand Malayalam,this things never come out.In Many Malayalam Movies The Main Villian always speak Hindi.So it is two way.Nothing to feel Insulted about that
