We need to know his address to reach and bid him farewell before he escapes. Can anyone post that pls? We dont need to know his name, because we will bid farewell to everyone at that address.

Wake-up Law-makers!
by bc patro on Sep 04, 2013 04:21 PM

My dear law=makers,
I hope all you've a thing, called 'common sense'. It is high time all of you must analyse the fact when that every part of a person's body and mind functions and indulges in acts as an adult's; how can his age be the only criterion for conviction of a gruesome crime he commits? Are you, the so-called law-makers of India, really concerned about the trauma, pre- and post -effects of a rape/molestation victim; and her rights to live a dignified life? Why are always more concerned about the beasts and their rights to enjoy the rights? Do only the criminals and anti-socials have the 'rights', and not the innocent and hapless victims?

Why this Sympathy Only for Girls
by rajashi ghosh on Sep 04, 2013 10:47 AM  | Hide replies

There are so many innocent guys who have become victims of false 498a, Domestic Violence Act and have lost their lives and that of their parents. But the society does not sympathize. Are the sympathies only meant for girls?

how to punish criminals?
by dineshhassija on Sep 04, 2013 05:22 AM

almost each of us had been or is criminal in one way or other at home and outside ...... many might not have been caught...
how the individuals are affected by the sentence of three years or more...
white collar criminals are more serious ...
almost each of us is involved in religious activities then how are we able to even think about violent activities..does it put a question mark on role of religious activities..

INVITATION?
by Anand sodo on Sep 04, 2013 01:19 AM  | Hide replies

Are we not openly ADVISING the terrorists to recruit Juveniles? This is the real reason - why crime is on the increase in India. Our legal system looks after the welfare of the CRIMINALS but not the welfare of the VICTIMS

Yes it is true! Court, Law, Govt, Politicians, nobody bothers about the level of his crime and only went by bookish Law for Juvenile considering his age only. Shame on our system and the people who run it so blindly.
