Everyone still calls him Sanju baba. He should have been tried under the Juvinile Justice Act. :)

Criminal involved in 1993 Bombay Blast Case --

He has been activily involved in 1993 Bomb Blast case where more than 700 pepople died and more than 2000 people got injured permanetly and 1000 of family disturb and more than 5000 worth crores property destroyed Arms, hand grande, bombs unloaded in his garage and he got only 4 yrs jail that too he has been now allow to go home.
But lalu had only taken some crores of rupees and he will be getting more than 7 yrs jail.

Yes, He should have been heavily punished in terms of fine instead of jail at this stage. Correction/reform is needed.

If Sanjay Dutt is getting any punishment with all his political links and fame than magnitude of crime must be heavy. Criminal must get punishment irrespective of his position. Still our judicial system is poor as Sanjay would have had his punishment had decision making didn't take 20 years.

Considering the sufferings he has undergone and his contribution to the Indian cinema and taking into account his law abiding nature sanjay Dutta deserves pardon and he should be released permanently.

In comparison to other criminals Sanjoy Dutt's crime is very minor and that too committed at an age when he was not fully matured man. The suffering he has undergone is enough to pardon him and release permanently. I hope, the Government of Maharastra will consider his case with sympathy considering his contribution to the cinema world.

Our system is encouraging to become hostile instead of correction in many cases. Reform is needed.

When he's given parole on medical terms why he has returned home n nt to hospital fr treatment ? it clearly means tht he gave false information to jail authorities. He says he want to spend time with fmly . is this fr wht he ws given parole fr ?
