Her greateast asset is her dad Prakash, whom I know and is so down to earth that one would find it unbelievable. Though no comparison is intended, whenever I see Deepika I cannot help but think of the late Smita Patil. The moral of the story is Prakash allowed her to take up what fascinated her and yes she would not stand a chance to win a Miss Dombivili title BUT she rules Bollywood. As does KAT and KAREENA and these other young girls. This is women power in action and I am so proud of these girls.

Their dads and brothers would never feel proud. They might be roaming with their faces covered with towe1s :-)
