Why jail authorities cant treat his illness in sarkari hospital ? Will they allow the parole to all other accuseds also ? If 2moro any ordinary criminal serving jail term applies fr parole on illness basis , wil pune jail authorities grant the same to him ? being a celebraty brings these ppl above the law.

people like AMIT SHAH who executed recent muzaffarabad riots and 2002 gujrath riot,(killers of around 3000 persons) roaming free but this poor guy will be in jail for having pistol, what a mess in indian judiciary ?

but RAMA (if thats ur real name), Rajiv Gandhi, Jagdish Tytler and sajjan kumar helmed the 1984 riots, after which Rajiv Gandhi went on record to say 'since a big tree Indira gandhi fell, such riot is normal' and became our PM. Just last months mulayam and akhilesh yadav presided over brutal riots in UP. Why are u singling out Amit Shah? Is the mess in judiciary or is the mess in ur biased head?

I think he is also suffering dut to his status. Had he got any political milage or benefit of his fathers deeds he would have been free today. Salman khan also killed many innocent peoples but nothing happened as court postponing hearing. We can say he is only taking advantage of his celebrity status not sanjay dutt. Moreover when there is provision for furlow in law, how he can be denied.
