Why in India Government in central is unable to take the decision against RAPISTS to hand them without any further delay. Such amendments must be made by Home Ministry in center, so that a large number of such incidents can be avoided and stopped in the interest of women protection.

There is very minor difference between rape and consensual sex. At times it become difficult to identify so have to be given when evidence is very open
Kamal is tryin to do a quick fix to problem which is deep rooted.
When we teach aggression to anyone particularly woman from our so called docile ( I call that Dignified), it creates ripple effect.
So best is to punish the guilty in an appropriate way that he cant think of such misdeed again. May be like Chauhan ji said, Chemical or physical cateration is suitable.
Woman should be docile and should be positioned like Matha (Mother) in our society. Not like cowbody.

yes, there is only one correct punishment. Chemical or physical castration of the criminal, followed by publishing his photo in newspapers, TV etc showing to public that such punishment has been awarded. Then only, a real solace could be provided to suffering womanhood.
For men and women. Make women take part in running, lifting weights alongwith men. A diet and exercise clture like the West will fix things and make the interaction more normal.
